We want you to love your Belisse ritual. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery, even if you've opened and used the product.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@shopbelisse.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number and a short note about your experience.
- No need to send the product back.
Once your request is approved, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to show the refund.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The guarantee applies to the full order, including bundle deals.
- One money-back guarantee per customer or household.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at support@shopbelisse.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
